 What on earth is a chuckleberry?

This curious fruit is a combination of redcurrant, gooseberry, and jostaberry (which is a hybrid of gooseberry and blackcurrant).

Its size is similar to a blackcurrant, with a rich red/purple hue and a complex, irresistible flavour. It adds a tangy and sweet kick to any dish, making it a dynamic ingredient to experiment with.

This playful little berry makes amazing jam... and even more amazing vodka!
